Treatment & Procedure Fees

The cost of a procedure depends on factors including complexity, anaesthetic requirements, and hospital facility fees, so we don't publish a single fixed price per procedure. Instead, you'll receive a clear, written quote covering everything you need to know before you decide to go ahead.

verified_user Insured Patients

We work with all major UK health insurers, including BUPA, Vitality, Aviva, AXA, WPA, and more.

If you're insured, you'll need a referral letter from your GP (NHS or private) and an authorisation code from your insurer before your appointment. We're happy to help if you're not sure how this process works, and we can arrange a GP consultation for you with one of our GPs if you wish.

Payment Methods

Payments are to be made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Transparent Quotes

Procedure fees are provided in writing as an itemised estimate prior to booking, covering surgeon fees, anaesthetist fees, and hospital facility charges.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for outpatient appointments and 48 hours for surgical bookings to avoid cancellation charges.
